Check-in & Check-out

Check In – 3:00 pm – Please contact us if you need to check in prior to 3:00 pm
Check Out – 11:00 am – Please contact us if you need a later departure time.
IF NO ONE IS IN OFFICE: Upon arrival, if no one is there to check you in, please look for a rack to the right of the door. There will be an envelope with your name on it with your key, along with directions to your cottage. Breakfast delivered around 8:30 am.

All major credit or debit cards accepted.
The balance due, if any, will be automatically collected 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. You will be sent a confirmation. However, the balance due for the Crawfish Festival will be 3 months prior to arrival date.
Rates quoted are for single/double occupancy and include a full breakfast for 2 delivered to your door.
Rates do not include applicable taxes and gratuity.
At the time of booking, all reservations require a non-refundable one night’s room rate as a deposit, plus applicable taxes.

With advance notice, approved dog breeds are accepted up to 15 pounds. If you will bring a dog, please contact us prior to making your reservation. (Cats are not accepted.)
Children of any age are welcome. 18 years or older are considered adults and are not eligible for a child’s rate.
Smoking is not allowed in cottages but is permissible on outside porches and decks.
A $15 service charge, plus shipping costs, is charged to return all forgotten items.
Cottages are not handicapped accessible.
Minimum Nights:

2 night minimum on weekends — 1 night minimum available for some dates — please call 337-332-3093.

Crawfish Festival – 3 night minimum – always the 1st full weekend in May.

Local Festivals – 2 night minimum (Festival International).

Any keys mistakenly taken must be returned. $20 per set will be charged to your credit card if not returned.
Gift certificates must be presented when making your reservation.
Rental of cabins are for registered guests only. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us PRIOR to their arrival. No parties!
No swimming allowed in the lake.
There is a Pet fee of $35 ($10 for each additional pet). If a pet is discovered during your stay & has not been noted on your reservation, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your bill upon check-out.

Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival: If cancellation occurs prior to 3 months before the festival, a refund will be given less the first night’s charges, which is the deposit. If the cancellation occurs 3 months or less before the festival, there will be NO REFUND.

If a cancellation occurs prior to 2 weeks before the reservation, one night will be reimbursed less a $40 processing fee. If a cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the reservation, there is NO REFUND. If the reservation includes a holiday or nearby festival date, charges are non-refundable.

Under certain circumstances, we may allow you to reserve the same number of nights, or less, after cancellation, at a later date, but not on a weekend, holiday or during nearby festivals.

Full breakfast delivered to your door!
Fishing allowed from boats, edge of lake, or off of piers. Fishing supplies not supplied.
Boats and canoes included. No charge as long as the boats or canoes are brought back to their origination point. Otherwise, there will be a $30 charge. Use of boats is at your own risk.
All kitchens come equipped with pots, pans, coffeemakers, coffee & supplies, dinnerware and utensils. (Not all cottages have kitchens.)
All cottages have A/C and heat.
Free parking next to your cottage.
